Rosé

The grapes are harvested by hand during the cool desert night
hours. This wine has undergone a spontaneous fermentation
process in neutral French oak barrels, and thereafter an ageing
process in the same barrels for six months. The process provides an
interesting complexity in addition to the freshness and fruity
aromas.
