Grenache

The grapes are harvested by hand during the cool desert night
hours. This wine has undergone a spontaneous fermentation
process in neutral French oak barrels, and thereafter an ageing
process in the same barrels for six months.
This wine is a light red which has an interesting complexity in addition to the freshness and fruity aromas.
